Local Bakersfield effort, support and meetings - |

| The purpose of organizing a local effort - is to support those who wish to learn more about The Venus Project - by holding informative educational meetings, Video showings, etc, and to continue spreading awareness of the Resource Based Economy concept here locally. | ||||||
| The Bakersfield effort began in May of this year (2009) and as of yet - has no definete meeting dates planned so far. As more people become involved - regular meeting dates and activities are planned. There is NO set program, or guidelines - it works the way that serves people best. Everyone is valued - and their help welcomed. It's up to us here in Bakersfield - to make it happen. I welcome your ideas, suggestions and contribution. | ||||||
| Some possibilities to consider:
• Monthly - or bi weekly meeting(s) • Group showing of the various DVD titles - with group discussion afterwards • Organizing events, speaking engagements • Group unity |
